2009′s Tins: New Surprises from Konami?

     Good day, ladies and gentlemen. Each year, a new set of collectible tins is released. All tins contain the most recent packs and a promotional card. In some of the older tins, the promotional cards were unique cards that hadn’t been released before (which I admittedly miss, though I don’t mind how they are now.) In the newer tins, the promo cards are often reprints of popular recent cards. Over the past few years, the tins have featured other extras, like token cards and free admission for specific tournament events.
