Namco Bandai’s fighting franchise Tekken 6 is currently available on the PS3 and Xbox 360 now, and soon the PSP version is scheduled to arrive later this month, with a hint at new features and modes.
According to various sources, Tekken 6 for the PSP will include some changes like story modes for new challengers Lars and Alisa. In addition, these two characters will have all new endings too. A new mode added to Tekken 6 on the PSP is Gold Rush mode, which replaces the Tekken Force style scenario mode in the console versions. In this mode players earn money when fighting which can be used to customize each of the characters.
Namco Bandai recently shipped more than 2.5 million copies of Tekken 6 for the home consoles worldwide. Now they hope that Tekken 6 on the PSP enjoys the same success as those versions. Tekken 6 has received positive reviews, and continues to be the premier fighter for Tekken and fighting fans alike.
