Franchise to return to its roots.
Tecmo Koei America has officially announced that Tecmo Bowl Throwback is heading to the PS3 and Xbox 360 this spring.
The ESRB has just revealed that SNK Playmore will be bringing some of its classic Neo Geo games to the PS3 and PSP later this year. Earlier in the week we reported on a extremely rare sealed Stadium Events that was being auctioned on ebay. Now the bidding has ended and the final successful bid has smashed all previous records.
At Nintendo’s Media Summit earlier today, Ubisoft has announced that Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands which is scheduled for release on May 18th in North America and May 20th in Europe, will also include some exclusive Wii only features. Since it’s announcement, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 has caused a substantial amount of discussion amongst the gaming press and on internet forums. As usual, rumors have been flying around and amongst them is discussion over who exactly is developing the upcoming game.
Capcom has recently announced that Mega Man 10 is scheduled to hit Wii first on WiiWare on March 1st. This will be followed by the PS3 release on March 11th on PSN, and Xbox 360 on Xbox Live Arcade on March 31st.
Sega has just announced a new game console that will emulate the Wii in motion controls, as well as allow players to play classic Sega games coming to Europe this summer. Well here’s a refreshingly honest comment from often controversial Activision CEO Bobby Kotick. It would seem Mr Kotick would be in agreement with the gaming press that the recent Spider-Man games haven’t exactly been stellar titles. |
