
With first-person parkour and game play that didn’t revolve around massacring aliens, 2008’s Mirror’s Edge (360/PS3) functioned more as proof of concept than fully-featured video game. While developer DICE spared no effort in creating a unique game world, the game lacked the minor tweaks necessary to become a true classic. Luckily it’ll have another stab at it, as EA CEO John Riccitiello is committed to continuing the franchise.
