Yesterday we brought you the Mortal Kombat trailer that is now sweeping the internet, showing a gritty, more realistic approach to the series. The problem was that no one knows if it was for a new movie or new game. Now the actors who starred in it have added to the confusion. You need to a flashplayer enabled browser to view this YouTube video A mysterious new trailer has been revealed online for what is being called Mortal Kombat Reboot, it has not been revealed if this is the next movie in the franchise, as it has been talked about time and time again.
Late last month we reported on a rumor that a Mortal Kombat Movie Reboot was in development, but has now been put on hold following a lawsuit.
According to horror movie website Bloody Disgusting, Warner Bros. Pictures is looking to remake the 1995 Mortal Kombat action flick with up-and-coming scribe Oren Uziel rumored to be in talks to pen the screenplay. |
